Steven B. Platt is the Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Any Home LLC and Private Money Help. A licensed real estate broker since 1977, Steven brings nearly five decades of real estate, business, homeowner problem-solving, and private-money education experience to every situation.

His experience includes residential real estate, creative property transactions, private funding, owner financing, lease options, property management, home-equity education, first-time homebuyer programs, foreclosure-related education, property-tax concerns, and senior property transitions.

Steven is also a retired Healthcare Administrator, Registered Nurse, former nursing instructor and Director of Nurses, Paramedic-level emergency-care provider, and Certified Dementia Practitioner. This unusual combination of real estate and healthcare experience helps him understand that property and financial decisions often involve family, health, safety, retirement, and quality-of-life concerns.

Steven created Private Money Help to educate private lenders, property investors, and homeowners about properly structured real estate opportunities and available property-related solutions. His philosophy is straightforward:
